Northpoint had top notch customer service from start to finish. Very professional, hands down. The entire team was professional and worked efficiently together until the project was completed. Brad Hornsby was extremely helpful with the ins and outs from the inspection, working with the insurance company, and going over each and every detail of the contract and what to expect from beginning to end. He was polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to help anyway he could. Colby, the project manager, communicated with me and sent photos throughout the day showing all progress being made. He also did a fantastic job. I was concerned with cleanup, due to having grand babies, but they triple checked to ensure all nails and debris were removed before leaving the property. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. A special thank you to Brad for all your help and for making this a great experience. I 100% recommend Northpoint for your roof replacements. They are hands down the BEST in the industry.
