An absolute 5 star experience. From start to finish NGI exceeded my expectations. I had a 100 year old cast iron sewer line that needed a 100 ft re-line with CIPP liner. Project manager, Cosmin, was professional, honest, thorough and clear regarding the scope of the project. The team of Juan (team lead), Pedro, Luis and Miguel arrived early on the day of the job and got to work immediately, finishing in half the amount of time that I thought it would take. We had a very productive and favorable experience with NGI. The technician in charge of our project was Bob Cosmin, who was a pleasure to work with. His crew was and did a professional job installing a liner into our deteriorating drainage pipe. We happily recommend NGI for this type of project.
