We were introduced to NGI due to a sinkhole and the entire team was great to work with. We initially thought additional exploration work would be necessary to find the source of the issue but when the NGI crew located the problem quickly, they revised the quote to be far less than expected. It's hard to find reliable, responsive plumbers that are reasonably priced and we will be contacting NGI for any plumbing needs moving forward!

I got quotes and diagnoses from about three different companies, and all left me more confused and anxious about my drain line than I was before. Then I called NGI. There was no question after Cosmin's first visit that I would go with him for my repair. He was thorough, knowledgeable, clear, and willing to answer every last one of the questions I had. He left me feeling comfortable and confident that the job would be done correctly. He and his partner Pedro made a great team on the day of the repair, and the drain line problem is no more! I couldn't recommend NGI, especially Cosmin, highly enough.

I contacted NGI hoping they could help us. They showed up on time and answered all my questions explaining this new technology. Showed me what they found. Sadly for us, our issue could not solved by them. I apperciated the great customer service and the time they took to check it out.
