Specifically, Paul has been praised for his detailed and last-minute work. However, there have been complaints about a credit card fee and increasing prices, with one service costing over $100. As someone who has gone to Norie for years, I feel bad as their name is being slandered by someone in the most recent review.
I was a bystander in this situation, and watched it all unfold. The young girl came in ready for her appointment where the owner told her there was an emergency and she was no longer there. While I understand the young girls issue with not being called, I can confirm she was not calm and immediately did give attitude. When you walk into norie you do type in your phone number - but when calling for an appointment rarely do I get asked for a phone number, just a name and who I want to be with and times available. Noire is such an amazing nail salon! I always come with the craziest designs and they always accommodate with such patience and technique. I’ve been to many nail salons over the years and noire is seriously the most amazing I’ve been to. I highly recommend Wen she’s the absolute best!!! 🫶🏼
Been to Noire Nail Bar twice now. Simon was super sweet and patient helping me choose my color and he did an amazing job on my nails! Yesterday I had Uyen and she was the same and was able to shape my nails beautifully how I wanted them. Very impressed by the staff bc consistency and good work is hard to find so I will be making them my new nail salon :)
