This is the second time we’ve worked with Junior. We had to replace all of our soffits and fascia within a tight deadline before our roofers could come out. Junior and his crew did a fabulous job. The workmanship is outstanding and his pricing is very reasonable. Also, they made sure the work area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I highly recommend.

I was having hard time selling a brand new house.
Modica and Son Handiman built in a new electrical fireplace that enhanced the whole aesthetic of the house. Very modern and nicely functional. It made a huge difference. I’m very grateful. Beautiful. Strongly recommend Modica.

Modica & Son did a phenomenal job replacing our front porch. They were easy to work with and the end result is even better than we expected. They finished under budget as well! Highly recommend them & we will be using them again in the future.
