My experience overall was good. The lady at the front desk was friendly. My masseuse was nice but she was a bit firm for me, even though I told her a few times to go light. The atmosphere was nice. My main complaint is that I paid for an hour massage, and it was maybe 45 minutes. They started my “timer” from when I walked in the door which included me checking in, and waiting on my masseuse. So by the time my masseuse came back I saw I had 43 minutes left. If I paid for an hour, I should get the whole 60 minutes.
Staff were friendly like I said, but time seems a bit misleading. 🤷♀
