Stetson came out to offer options concerning my heat pump that didn't seem to be heating very well this winter, 2025. After taking a look as to what kind of equipment I had he found a serious deficiency. He fixed the issue and checked the system. NOW the system was up and running correctly as the installer did NOT us the correct wire cap for the gauge of wire installed. Even though my system is working, he was able to get me on my way AND offer heating and cooling options. MARService Heat and Air will be my go to service from now on.
