There are many hurdles to overcome, very little emotion in the purchase decision and it’s all about the numbers. Sometimes that means walking away from a deal when it doesn’t make financial sense. Unfortunately, that was the situation with a few homes I had under control tract with Kristin. However, she understood and completely stuck by my side through the process and we closed on a sweet duplex in Austell. Not only that, Kristin has spent extra time with me through contractor coordination, and even hooked me up with some great folks to work on my property. Thanks Kristin, until the next!

I’m a first time home buyer that’s active duty military stationed in New Mexico. Naturally, I was apprehensive and unsure of the process entirely. Who to talk to first and which direction to go in and that sort of thing. Kristin is my family and I knew she was in the real estate business. After talking to her about my plans and what I wanted to achieve she got to work. She did all the hunting for me and put me in touch with Destiny who’s been absolutely the best and did everything she could to get me into the right home. Now I’m a proud home owner 😊 I can’t say enough good things about them and how easy they made the whole process for me.
