Just had Jiv out to fix a water regulator in my house. Let me tell you, he is a dream to work with. Fantastic workmanship, follow-up, timely, no mess ... unbelievable experience. If you need a repair or replacement for any of your pluming needs you have got to call them first. I almost hate to recommend them, because I would like to keep them a secret, but they deserve for everyone to know how great they are. Jiv is absolutely the best most professional plummer I have ever had.
I have a 3 year old AO Smith water heater whose pilot had failed to operate. I visited the AO Smith website to obtain a list of their certified plumbers in the Woodstock GA area. Georgia 5 Star was the first call I made. I spoke directly with Mr Ziv, the owner who appeared to be well informed on AO Smith water heaters.
Mr Ziv came out promptly, diagnosed the problem (a failed gas control valve) and performed the repair on the same day, all for a very reasonable price. He was very thorough in explaining the problem and instructing us on maintenance procedures, including annual flushing to eliminate sediment buildup in order to prolong the life of the heater.

He has now been sent out to my property twice by my home warranty company for the Garbage disposal and now a hot water heater installation. They communicate well, are super professional, and I will be using them for any plumbing needs I have going forward.
