The AC/Heater in my Kia Sportage was malfunctioning - so I went to Fastlane Import Auto Repair for Diagnosis and Repair - and I was pleasantly surprised on how Polite, Professional, Patient and Prompt they were with me regarding my questions and repair - While my Kia Sportage was there I decided to have my Brakes and Coolant Flushed and an oil change - all overdue :) - They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel like I was their only customer at the time - I am very Happy with Fastlane Import Auto Repair and Highly recommend them for your Auto Service Needs - Diane :) And YES THEY WERE FAST!

Austin helped diagnose the servo motor to replace with a stethoscope! I couldn’t get to all the fasteners and Fastlane picked up where I left off. You gotta love a shop that will help you figure out what’s wrong AND finish it off when you can’t. Great first time at Fastlane. MT

If y'all have an import and go anywhere else, you're just silly. You will never be taken better care of and please be nice to my folks here. They are too kind and wonderful to have y'all being mean to them.
