I have been at Club Pilates Woodstock for over 200 classes now and cannot stress the professional expertise of the instructors as well as the family environment the studio has created. This is not just a Pilates studio, it is central to my fitness program. All levels from beginner to advanced and offering private lessons as well, you’re ensured a great comprehensive Pilates practice attending this studio. The studio truly embodies that Pilates is for Every Body.
I’ve completed 20 classes and already feeling stronger, more limber, and confident. I look forward to attending class every day. All of the instructors are top notch! Highly recommend trying a class!
People in any age group can come to Club Pilates Woodstock, get a great workout and feel comfortable at your level while improving your mind and your body. Cannot ask for a better staff and instructors! This is my new obsession!
