World Cleaners is a good family run business with multiple locations. It has a team of highly trained, friendly, sweet, helpful, and competent staff who provide wonderful customer service. The owner is always willing to step in to resolve any issues. They pay attention to every detail, ensuring garments are handled with care and returned in better shape. The service is quality with a great turnaround time. They offer great, decent, and the lowest prices compared to others in the area, providing great value. Customers report it as their go-to cleaners.
This dry cleaner is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in 5 states and not one other company is anywhere close in quality and customer service. Recently, I had a white sweater from Zara cleaned and Michelle called to tell me a spot had shredded. She had called Zara , explained what had happened, and had gotten me a refund! She would have gotten a replacement, but Zara didn’t have my size. They do such a great job of treating my clothes like they were theirs! I won’t go anywhere else because their quality is consistent and authentic. And they are personable and always greet me with a positive and warm hello!
Finn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had questions regarding pricing for certain items and will definitely be using this place, great prices compared to others in the area.
Every time I have been here I am always greeted with a friendly face! Their customer service is so wonderful & my clothes always leave in way better shape then when I left them. Great prices & great turn around time. I can’t wait to use them for all my future dry cleaning needs!!
