I could not have asked for better customer service. Even when the owner/manager was out of the country, he responded to my text about my malfunctioning A/C during a heat wave. He dispatched tech same day and we were back up that afternoon.
By far on the best companies I have used. Todd is as genuine and honest as they come. I installed 2 new thermostats and some how managed to mix the wires up. He tried to talk it through with me on the phone to no avail. He came right out and found the issue, which happened to be a mix up of wires at the air handler. I could not have fixed it. But he did, and shared his knowledge of his craft. I will definitely use his company in the future, with out question.
