I had a great experience with Joey from Roof it Forward. We wanted a roof inspection to check on damage after a storm. Joey conducted a drone roof inspection and provided a detailed overview for what he found, likely causes, and items to monitor. Great experience all around - thanks Joey!
What pleasant people to work with! Kind,,conscientious and happy to have the work. I offered for them to come when it wasn’t so hot and they quickly reassured me that it was not a problem for them. It’s nice to not have to feel guilty seeing somebody up there working so hard but they Got it done! They showed us pictures of their work. They listen to our concerns. Since this was a repair, I really didn’t want to have mismatched shingles and they took the time to make sure they could salvage what I had which I know wasn’t easyI really appreciated that. I highly recommend these people.
Being in the service industry ourselves, we can really appreciate true professionals when we come across them. I can say this company was, our point of contact Billy Harrison was awesome very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and was extremely accommodating. He had great advice on selecting a color and making recommendations for certain repairs and even found things that didn’t require repairs like other companies had told us. This was the second time I had used this company and highly recommend them to anyone
