I found myself at Animal Hospital of Towne Lake after my dog Bear was attacked. From the time we walked in, everyone was compassionate for our stressful and emotional situation. While in the exam room, a thorough examination was done and it was decided Bear needed surgery. We were given an itemized bill so we could see exactly what we would be paying for. I was nervous to leave my baby overnight, but, the staff assured me they would update me and that they did. Even telling me when he was going into surgery. On the third morning of our seven day vacation to Blue Ridge, my elderly dog passed away. We immediately headed here and expected to have to make a difficult trip home without her, but they were kind enough to call us back right after we left to let us know they could do an expedited cremation service. We're on our way back to Florida with her now and I can't put into words what that means to me. Thank you all so much.
Dr. Baker has been wonderful w/ our fur babies! Recently we had our little Pom Sugar’s teeth cleaned. I was nervous as she’s 13. She made me feel at ease. Sugar did great! Very happy! Wonderful staff & service!
