Such an easy process. You have to be careful because as soon as you make the right into the plaza, the emissions office is right there. If you don't pay attention you could pass it. The gentleman was so nice and the process took less than 7 minutes. Flat fee of 20$ if you pay cash. 20.70 if you pay with a debit card.
