We were in need of repairs on our roof and were in the process of getting quotes. When Ricky came by for a free consultation, he gave us a very detailed presentation of the state of our roof with honest recommendations of our options. He provided affordable pricing options with multiple roof packages, and had a bank partnership that he cultivated. We are doing an exterior refresh and started with the roof. I met with four Owen's preferred contractors and picked Ricky because we felt most comfortable with him. He was super responsive to all my questions and helped us pick the right package with the best price. Service after the sale is important to me and I'm sure I will get that if anything every comes up. They completed the tearoff and new roof in one day. We were so happy with his service that my in-laws got a new roof the next day.
