As someone who typically handles home projects himself, finding a trustworthy contractor is no easy task—but Patterson HVAC truly delivered. This small, locally owned company impressed me from the start with their phenomenal response time and highly competitive pricing. In the middle of summer heat, they had a new HVAC system ordered and installed within the week. The installers were fast, knowledgeable, and professional, and Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything exceeded my expectations. After having a very bad experience with another company (Cool Masters), I did research on Patterson. I decided to try them. They did not disappoint! The whole staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Most important they were honest and transparent. This business will not rip you off. I purchased a new AC unit since mine was almost 30 years old and I can not say enough about Patterson. I will not use anyone else from now on. I highly recommend!
