I'd like to thank Rene for grooming my puppy. I just got her and didn't know how she would act. Rene called and informed me of the situation and asked me questions and gave me information I needed about my puppy. Even though my puppy was not easy Rene still did her best and my puppy looks better then she did. Sometimes you run into things you never thought you would have to deal with but you can only pray you get an understanding person and I got just that. Rene took good care of my niko. She did exactly what I asked for! She also understood that our dog is very afraid of the hair dryer and used a different option to dry him. Highly recommended!
