We had our yearly termite inspection check by Service Manager Karl Anthony. He is on time and very thorough when checking each and every one of our sentricon stations. Karl has been out the past two years and does an excellent job. In the past our experience hasn't been great. We've had other techs come out and never uncover and check any bait stations. I request Karl every year. He is the BEST.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Karl Anthony with Massey Services who came out today to do my annual termite inspection. He was very courteous, personable, and professional! Prior to his arrival, he gave me a courtesy call when enroute to let me know he was on his way and provided an eta. When he arrived, he was very polite and professional! He was also very knowledgeable and shared a lot of insightful information. Thanks for providing such a pleasant service experience, Karl!

Karl from Massey Services came out today for a termite inspection, and I was extremely impressed. He was professional, punctual, and very courteous throughout the entire visit.
