Great customer service and very prompt. We had an issue (not their fault, it was mine) and customer support solved everything for me smoothly and promptly. It was my fault and they even made it right! My only minor complaint is it is sometimes hard to place an order with a digital image only but thats pretty small.

Bentley is truly our lifelong photographer. We have used them for over 20 years. They photographed my daughter and now they photograph my grandchildren. The quality of their work is unmatched. I cherish the portraits I have purchased from them over the years. Additionally, the customer service they provide makes you feel like family.

Bentley photography has been the photographer at our daughter's school for the three years she has been there, and I second the previous review. The photos are hurried, hair an absolute disaster, eyes half-closed, etc., and it's super disappointing. I don't expect the photos to be perfect, and I'd be happy with anything other than what we are offered in the proofs. This year, they started offering a redo session, but the result wasn't much better. Their prices are reasonable and the backdrop is pretty.
