The best service, I called on a sunday evening due to a flat tire and having a 3+ hour drive ahead of me and they arrived in under 20 minutes and fixed my tire and got me back on the road. Amazing service, extremely nice, professional and so helpful. Couldn’t recommend a better service provider when you’re stuck, or need car assistance. Thank you again for your help!!
Needed to have my car towed and called BL Burnett Towing after reading reviews. Quick (arrived within 20 minutes of the call) and friendly service. Cautious while loading, securing, and unloading the car. Greeted himself with a handshake and ended the transaction with a handshake.Overall, it was a great customer service experience. I would recommend or use them again if needed.
BL was a literal lifesaver!!! It was late at night when I needed a tow almost an hour away from my house, he was affordable and kind and gracious. Very thankful for his 24 hour call schedule, and to him getting me home safely. If anyone ever needs a tow, he will be my first recommendation! Thank you again, BL.
