My Cabinet Factory was amazing. They were professional, accommodating and welcomed us like family. They walked us through the process and showed us the different levels of craftsmanship we could select from. We challenged them on the stain color and they produced a number of samples until we were 100% happy. They were wonderful to work with and communicated with us through the entire process. Their design team and installation team were very professional and everything went very smooth on installation day. We thought we were getting custom cabinets. Although the cabinets are nice the fit and finish isn’t what it should be. The island they made is off a 1/4 inch from one end to the other. The cabinet above the refrigerator is a 1/2 difference. The installation just didn’t seem very good for what was supposed to be high end cabinets.Customer service and communication sucks. My wife tried calling and emailing along with texting about our problems but we still haven’t gotten a response. I’m really disappointed in them, especially since I was the one who recommended them to my wife.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
