We are so thankful to have found Matthew Kaylor with Kaylor Septic services. He is a rare find among his profession because he is honest and does not charge you for unnecessary things. We have been using Matthew services for about five years now and continue to be pleased with his work ethic and also his honesty. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
A little lengthy but needed to be said and quite overdue. I would like to take this opportunity to say that meeting Matthew (Matt) Kaylor was a great pleasure and quite educational. First, I met Matt while he was doing an inspection of a septic tank at a very close family friend’s house while they were out of town. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he jumped into the job while also explaining every facet of the inspection. Once he finished (allowing me to also observe the inners of the tank), I requested he perform the inspection to our tank. This is our second time using kaylor’s and would recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know. Matthew was very responsive and showed up exactly at the time of meeting. He is a real honest guy and takes pride in doing his work. Will you let you if anything is wrong or needs to be addressed. No hidden fees or anything. Exactly the price we agreed upon which was the best quote I got from anyone. We will definitely be using kaylor’s again.
