A little lengthy but needed to be said and quite overdue. I would like to take this opportunity to say that meeting Matthew (Matt) Kaylor was a great pleasure and quite educational. First, I met Matt while he was doing an inspection of a septic tank at a very close family friend’s house while they were out of town. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he jumped into the job while also explaining every facet of the inspection. Once he finished (allowing me to also observe the inners of the tank), I requested he perform the inspection to our tank. Kaylor's Septic Servicing is an excellent company that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of septic tank pumping. I have used their services for both my house and my rental property, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism, affordability, and quality of work.The team is always friendly and courteous. They take the time to explain the work they will be doing and answer any questions I have. They are also very careful to clean up after themselves, and they always leave my property looking neat and tidy.
Matt & Holly were wonderful to work with. This is my first experience as a homeowner with a septic system and they answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and I’ll be calling again when it’s time for service. Thanks for your honesty, hard work, and great communication!
