Zachary Martin was here to service my Generator - he could not have been a nicer guy. he did his work and finished what he came out to do. He was on time and was very professional during the whole experience. He even took it sapon himself to find out what he needed to do to service my camper generator for a return visit. I’m very appreciative - a satisfied customer ????
The process of purchasing/ installation of a stand by generator was smooth from the initial visit with the Rowell salesperson including the coordination with the gas and power companies to the completion of the project. The follow-up maintenance program and any questions we had in between or always quickly addressed. Well worth it!
Absolutely incredible company in every way! 6 years ago when we bought our house we inherited a Generac whole home generator that had been installed by Rowell and they have taken great care of us since. Everyone, from the people on the phone to the techs who come out, is always so nice and helpful. They have great communication and always come right away when we need them, which has been a lot between routine maintenance, service needs, adding wifi to our unit, and even having them modify our generator set up when we added on to our house. They even came out right after Hurricane Helene hit when we were having some issues with our generator. It’s on the older side... read full review
