Update: Sherrod called me directly and stands behind their products. They are sending me new running boards and advised how to proceed on rusted suspension components. I believe the selling dealer was not passing on the correct information. I’m happy and this is why I spent the extra on Sherrod is to have a quality backed product. Thank you. I purchased a pre owned Ram Promaster van from Nick Ruiz at the Paul Sherry dealership in Picqua OH. I had a great experience there. The van was a conversion creation from Sherrod Customs. We have found it to be of great quality and the features that are in the van are great. The kids love it and it provides great comfort for the driver and passengers alike! I would like to rave about this company. I have had my sherrod for about 3 years now and when I say this company goes above and beyond that is an understatement. Every time I have called them with any question they have went above and beyond to make sure my every concern was taken care of (even though they were minor). They made sure my truck was fixed (even though it wasn’t my lift kit that was messed up) before I got my truck back. I will forever trust them with my vehicle and absolutely love the quality of their customer service. Not to mention I love my truck
