I am so impressed with Sherrods customer service and extremely happy with their products (I have a 5" lift and step bars on my Dodge). Everything is very well made and solid. You can tell these are quality products made to last and made right. Even more impressive is their customer service. I had a small issue with one of my step bars and they went way above and beyond to correct it, amazing. I was truly shocked how well their communication and support was, it would have been impressive even back in the days when business actually did care about their customers. Thank you to all. Their customer service is second to none. If you are a manager of any sorts and know who Thomas is at ext 130 give that man a raise.Will sing yalls praises to anyone that inquiries.
