I was totally not satisfied with the customer service I received today!!! The staff was rude at the front desk and the girl that took me back was rude as well! She discussed my insurance options out loud stating that I was not eligible for a free exam at the time. I understand how insurance works but to discuss my business so the entire waiting room could hear was totally unprofessional and embarrassing!!! I called back to speak with an officer manager, they stated that they did not have one and that the office Dr. would call me back.

American eye clinic is one of the best in waycross. Don't understand negative comments unless they are meant to say negative comments so the clinic would close. Again can't believe all you read. Wonder doctors and assistant s and other personnel

I thought it was pretty good experience. Thanks for the help. Didn't wait too long and I got the help I needed and thought the experience went extremely smoothly especially with insurance.
