I ordered a plant to be delivered ahead of time (Fri for Mon delivery) and it didn't show up. I tried to call the store, but it went directly to voicemail (the phone didn't even ring), and VM isn't set up, so I couldn't leave a message. I tried to call again Tuesday, but ran into the same issue. I sent a message through the contact us feature online, but no response. I also tried to contact them through the flower shop network they are affiliated with, but they couldn't get a hold of the shop either. They're is literally no way to get in contact with them.

The flowers were beautiful but arrived days late. I ordered them on a Friday morning and scheduled the delivery for Saturday (given as an option) and they did not arrive until Monday evening. I had also reached out via email twice but was given no update. These were sympathy flowers, so it would have been nice if they had arrived on time.
Thank you so much for the delivery of the yellow roses on Tuesday. They were beautiful and we were all very satisfied.
