I have a membership and this was my 1st time at this location. I was in the middle of vacuuming when all of the vacuums stopped working. The man next to me was a member also and went to speak with someone. They said the breaker had tripped and was turning them back on. They never came back on and my car still needs vacuuming. ?
First time ever leaving a review on google, I believe.Sadly, it's regarding lack of honesty, and subsequent lack of customer service.I was being charged monthly for services I wasn't using (stupid me for not looking at the terms--the college kid basically indicated that the monthly membership would lapse if not used after a month). When I realized I was still being charged month to month, I went into the office to cancel services. I was told the membership was cancelled (again, stupid me for not getting some sort of cancellation receipt). Fast forward 3 months later and I see that I'm still getting charged.
