I love going to car wash. It’s close to my house and I can take my time to get my car really clean. However, the last 3 times i’ve been there, the towels have not been clean. They are damp and feel oily like someone has used them with cleaning liquid recently. Today, none of them were clean. They were damp and had debris all in the fibers of the towels. They all smelled dirty. When they first opened this location, I would grab clean towels and they were dry. They did not feel oily like leftover cleaning liquid, and I never saw debris in the towels. Very good service. I just wish they spent more time on the bumper scrubbing. It's like one or two swipes no matter what type of was I select. This has to be corrected. I've seen cars ahead of me get a more detailed scrubbing.
