The team at Visiting Angels in Berea is outstanding! Not only do they provide excellent care for my elderly parents, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the process and follow up on any questions or personalized requests. So far so good. We have started with Visiting Angel's on the 10th of November, twice a week. Angel's reported on time and were a big help. I volunteer twice a week for 4 hours a day and my wife can not be left alone as she is a fall risk. I have only one comment, that it is very expensive. This is a good service, everybody is very personable and do help with house cleaning and other chores.

I called Robert a few weeks ago as we were in a desperate situation to find care for my brother who was in hospice. Robert was able to secure care within a few hours and had some great caregivers arriving the next evening to sit with my brother. Unfortunately my brother's health declined rapidly and we only needed care for 2-3 days. Robert and the care givers were both passionate, caring, experienced and kind as we experienced the last few days with my brother. I would recommend them in a heartbeat
