Deshannon showed up on time for a treatment and termite inspection. He knocked down Joro nests and replaced termite traps. I appreciate his attentiveness to these details. Bug House, in general, is a great company and I’ve been pleased with their service and price.
Our technician (Daniel) did a great job today treating exterior of our home and deck for ants.
He also cleared all all the spider webs around windows and and above the exterior doors.
This was not requested but very much appreciated !
Shout out to Dan. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met! Nice to see a happy smiling person first thing in the morning. He took care of our palmetto bugs all around the house, explained the different sprays for different problems, etc. He took it upon himself to knock down the spider nests that would spew webs across our handicapped ramp (whoever was the first person to leave the house got stuck with webs in face). It wasn't included in our plan but was in his heart to help us without even asking. Thank you and bless you, Dan!
