My home had to be re-piped due to our well water in Houston Co corroding our pipes. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. Under the stressful circumstances of loosing basically our kitchen due to a water leak, they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs! We had to leave our home unlocked most days for them to come and go. We had no problems with that.
They even put back my items under the bathroom sink for me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
I highly recommend West Plumbing! I had a pipe burst underneath my house, and they responded the very same day. Their technician, Eli, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
Eli quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The quality of work was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the prompt service during a stressful situation.

We recently had our 22 year old hot water heater replaced by West Plumbing. They were quick to get us on the schedule. The guys that did the work were pleasant and professional and did a nice job with a clean install. Unfortunately, it turned out that our hot water issues were not due to the 22 year old hot water heater but a slab leak. West had come back out and diagnosed it as such and had us contact a leak detection company that confirmed and located the slab leak. West came back out and busted up the slab and found the leak, even though it was a bit off from where the other company had detected it. The leak was repaired and the slab was repaired as well.
