Marcos Paredes has been to my home on several occasions and has done exemplary repair and maintenance on my HVAC. He truly goes above and beyond and displays a courteous attitude and professional service. He spends as much time as is needed to do excellent and through work. My a/c went out overnight and Seth was at my house the same day I called. He was unable to make the repair that day, but he put a window unit in my bedroom to give me some relief. He was back early the next morning to repair my unit. Customer service was great, thank you!

Speir designed and installed our HVAC system when we built our home 20 years ago. They’ve been with us every step of the way since then. We just had our bi-annual service check done and Marcos performed the inspection and tune up. He is always punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.
