Noriko has done wonders for my hair! As a color specialist, she knows her stuff and is very professional in all she does to make her clients happy and satisfied! I highly recommend her!!
Mrs. N saved me from the disaster I made of my hair. She is very sweet and kind and is so knowledgeable about hair color. I also saw her work with a couple of other people and she was just awesome. I've never been so satisfied with anyone that did my color but I will be using her until she retires!!!! LOVE HER!!
