This is the second time I’ve used this company and both times were great. As an adult, you have to “have a guy” when it comes to repair. And Reece will be my go to. Showed up when they said, got my system running in no time. 10/10 service.
Reece just installed a new AC unit for my mom. They gave us a favorable quote and provided excellent communication from the beginning through installation! Thank you Reece Heating & Air!
And once again, I am amazed at the customer service that this company continues to bring day in and out. Alex came out to the house, he communicated very well with me and not only explained the issue but taught me what to look for and how to replace it in the future. He even repaired a couple things around my unit that he felt would make the unit safer. I asked him if he could look at my thermostat inside the house bc I had a new smart thermostat that I didn’t understand the wiring and he showed me how to do it and also took care of that for me as well. This company continues to put their customers first and I am grateful for them.
