This is our second review for One Hour Michael, the tech, just came out and checked out our system. The compressor stopped running last night. Unfortunately it’s an old unit and it was not the capacitor. So, we will be purchasing a new unit from Andrew - the owner. We know Andrew, and trust him implicitly. His honesty and integrity is top-tier so we know we will get a good deal on this. Please trust us on this. If you don’t know, you simply don’t know - they will remain nameless here, but some other local companies charge 20 to 100% (YES - 100%) more by upselling and services and margins on their parts and units.
