I've seen Dr.Rennner 5 years or better. We click. His bedside manner sucks sometimes but, he is focused on your health, not you. We can talk, laugh, and listen. Each visit is what you make it to be. The staff is very cordial and nice. If you want friendship, join a club or church. My wife does not like the office at all but, I don't like her Doctor at all. I'm quite pleased with the staff made up of humans. Humans with a family, a life, problems, with needs, like myself. Great office.

Dr. Michael Renner is a fine, compassionate, and highly skilled physician. However, his administration is greatly hampering his service to his patients! Four times thus far I have attempted to schedule an appointment via the phone. Each time I followed their instructions and left only one message, never to receive a return call, or have an appointment scheduled. You can only get an appointment by physically going to the office, which is perplexing. They have all incoming calls going straight to voice mail, which is fine. However, to not return a patient's call for help is inexcusable!

I went there a few times. Never had a bad experience, but I haven't been able to get them to answer the phone or return a left voicemail for a while now. They might have gone out of business.
