After 6 years, living in a slum, managed by Fickling, we have moved on. Remember all that crazy gross stuff I listed about the place we were renting? We are getting charged with it.
I have had an excellent with Fickling managing one of my homes. The entire staff have been very professional and courteous. More specifically, my agent Vonda Mullis has truly ensured that the property is properly managed and the both parties (tenant and landlord) operate as outlined in the lease. lastly, she has ensured that potential tenants are vetted to help ensure a success lease. We live in a home that Fickling's residential management company is in charge of. Our air conditioning has been out for a week. We put the service request in over the weekend. Nobody came out to look at it until Wednesday. The guy who came out said that it needed a part and that it should be completed the following day. Around 2-3 o'clock Thursday nobody called me or come out so I called the office. I asked what was going on and they blamed the homeowner for the issue saying that they needed to "approve the repair" and that they would try to get in touch with them and that they would call me back.
