“We had some horrible water damage that wrecked our entire home. I cannot express how grateful we are to Servpro for jumping right on this. In a matter of a few hours, Landrick was here with his crew assessing the damage, putting in dryers and starting to clear out the debris. They were great to work with. The crew and office team were so helpful with everything as we had never been through anything like this. They ordered in a packing pod to start putting furniture in. We have some very heavy and difficult furniture to move, even upstairs. I wish I had everyone’s names but they were all a very hard working crew. Tyler and Ross were two of the crew to move out all the furniture then the upstairs back in. On our Move Back In day Tyler and Ross moved the whole downstairs in just by themselves. Lex was our Go-To for backsplash and flooring choices. They have a huge selection of products to choose from and she is so knowledgeable about everything. If they did not have what I wanted she was more than happy to get it elsewhere for me. Becky, in the office, was so helpful with the insurance aspect, to make it as easy as possible for us.
