Chris Whisler was very knowledgeable and very helpful and informative on the job he was installing all new piping throughout my entire home ! He always answered the questions and responded to phone calls! I would 100 percent recommend them for any plumbing issues.

A faulty grinder pump caused a sewage backup in my basement. Buzzell Plumbing stop the overflow and ordered a replacement pump. It took more than 60 days to get a suitable replacement. In the meantime, Chris had a temporary pump installed and kept me informed of the replacement status. I am grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me by Chris and Cassie.
