I have been coming here for a while, so it's time for an update! There was one lady that worked here that would always help me get my glasses just right, but she moved away.
Since then, I have dealt with several different people and they really do try to take care of you here. Excellent in-person service to make sure that you get glasses that fit your face, and are functionally as close to perfect as possible. I have been treated with respect and care.

First time going there and the customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Alexander assisted me during my visit and was great. He was very patient and kind. Helped me and my mother picked out our glasses. He was great and he get 5 stars from me.
