“I took my 5-year-old son to Barbercade to see Ben, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My son’s hair was very long—past his shoulders—and we wanted a very specific cut that shortened the length while still keeping it fairly long. It was a challenging cut and ended up taking much longer than expected, but Ben never rushed it. He took his time and was incredibly patient and meticulous, which meant a lot to us since it had been so long since our son’s last haircut and it really needed to be done right.

The end result was absolutely perfect. Ben nailed the look exactly how we hoped. What really stood out was his professionalism and integrity—despite the extra time and complexity, he honored the original rate when it easily could have been an upcharge. I made sure to compensate with a 100% tip because it was more than deserved.

Unlike my previous barber, Twan actually catered my haircut to me and not his idea of what I wanted. Before I departed from the chair, I was certain that I would return. The shop has a vintage feel to it; reminding me of when I use to go to the barbershop as a child in the 90s.“
