Great experience! On my client intake form where it asks what you want from this session, I put down for ultimate relief. And James delivered. My pain, gone. My fibromyalgia, gone. This was an amazing experience.
Our very first yoga class was phenomenal. James was very patient with all of us. He is a very good instructor. He takes time explaining and helps us with our form and moves. Look forward to going again.
I had a wonderful experience. My pain was certainly listened and the environment was very warm. James and Teresa both seem to be very good people who know their craft well. I am excited to continue my journey with them.
