I'm a Realtor in the Metro-Atlanta area, and needed an inspector outside the range of my normal go-to inspectors. Howard was responsive, professional and fees were surprisingly low. The report was available same day, and written in a clear manner, easily used for an amendment to address concerns. If I need another inspector in that area, I will always call him.
