Awesome gym.. currently looking for a gym to join in the Douglas/Carroll county area and this one is leading the pack... friendly.. helpful service.. very clean.. great experience today trying it out for the first time ??

Great gym with (mostly) friendly regular members and friendly staff who are always willing to help.The only issue that I have had is that the bigger male members seem to have constant issues with not wiping down equipment they use or racking their weights properly (if they do it at all). The bigger you are, the more you seem to think the rules don't apply to you is basically how it operates here.

It's a gym. What can you say. Plenty of equipment, so, when I go (at 8pm), I have never had to wait for any machine. Everything I have used works well; I've personally never encountered anything broken. I've been going, off and on, for about two years.
