it was nice at first but then I started to notice things like one they are understaffed one nurse literally runs around doing the shots, weights, and asking the questions then two it's all about money there.. if there even a low balance they will NOT see your child until it's paid leaving $0 the billing person doesn't even stay on top of her job when my insurance paid but she failed to put it in the computer showing there was a balance (incorrect)third you can forget about the on call nurse or doctor they will not call you back after the 30mins I really felt like they did not care about my children I transferred my children to another facility

Westcare Pediatrics… It has the feel of a nice small time pediatric office. But you really have to catch anyone who works here on a good day except for one of the doctors who is really kind. If you don’t catch them on a good day, which would be 75% of the time, there is no welcome when you walk in the door and there is no sense of I want to be here. Some people enter a stage in life where they just are working there just because they have to, and they don’t really have a passion to learn more, or a passion to care for others or a passion for what they do any longer. You gotta train the front desk people lol I get you probably pay very little which is the only reason why you can get 1819 maybe 21 and 22-year-olds to work there. But geez, a little phone etiquette would be nice.
