I had a totally different experience today and it was great! My nails were done by Tony a couple of weeks ago and I was not happy. The nails were all lifting and the acrylic was uneven. I went in today and I sat in Tracey's chair. She is the manager and she not only gave me a great looking set of nails but did it at no charge to make it right. I will be continuing to get my nails done here and will see Tracey going forward. This salon stands by the work. Thanks Tracey!
I’ve been going to Tracey since October and I’ve had a great experience every single time. My nails last and they don’t lift in between fills. Tracey is awesome! Her customer service and her skills are amazing. I definitely recommend!
Tracey & Mai are the absolute best!! Under new management and I have been following them where ever they go for decades!!! You will never receive top notch services from anyone else!!!
