They do a great job! Brady always calls the day before to let you know he's going to be there to treat your lawn and answer any questions you have. Things are looking really good! Previous home owner had service with them so I just continued it and have had no complaints. I also had them remove some bushes for me and install some new sod in my back yard which turned out great as well.
Wow - what customer service. Brady was at our home today doing our regular fertilizer treatment. He texted the night before to let us know what time he would be arriving. He showed up 5 minutes before his appointment but didn't come in our yard until his appointment time (so respectful), he completed his job well, treated our yard and then took care of some weeds that had popped up. We have an electric fence that we take down for treatments (which is what makes the communication so awesome) - when he was through with the treatments, he even put our fence back up and was so respectful of our yard. Very professional people. Did a great job on our home landscaping job. Everyone from office receptionist to landscape director Andrew, and the workers were great. Very reasonably priced. Final balance matched the quote. They answered phones and texts promptly. They showed up when they said they would show up, gave updates, and did a fabulous job. Andrew even offered to water my plants while we are out of town. Very pleased with the company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
