The entire staff took very good care of my dog when she was sick. She received IV fluids and had to stay for the day. I was worried about her because she is not a fan of the Vets office. The staff sent me updates and pictures through out the day which I appreciated so much!. All the staff was so nice ?
I have never experienced the level of care for my pets that I have here. Dr. Sheppard is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and is truly the voice for your pet. All four of my animals are regularly treated for any issues and/or routine vaccines and exams and I've had nothing but a great experience. Thank you VVC!!
They have done all of my cats surgeries spay/neuter and they genuinely care. I only have one male cat and he is a big boy. He had never been out of the house since he was born and he was scared. Well I tripped as I was entering (careful of the stoop) and the crate door opened and he ran to the office door and he was flex arm hanging from the curtain rod! I was skinned up, embarrassed and he was traumatized. The staff was just as concerned about me as their fur patients!
